Saving and exporting images

VCW VicMan's Photo Editor , unlike some other image editors, does not have its own file format to save images in. Nevertheless, it supports saving images in the following formats: JPG, BMP, TGA, TIF, PCX.

To save an existing image in one of the above-mentioned file formats, choose the Save (hotkey: Ctrl+S) item in the File menu or push the Save button in the main toolbar. The image will be saved to its original destination.

If you'd like to save a newly created image or an existing image in another file format or to another location, click on Save as... , choose file destination and format and save the image.

Note that
VCW VicMan's Photo Editor PRO lets you export images to GIF as well.

Printing images

You can print out the current image by choosing the appropriate item in the File tab (hotkey: Ctrl+P) or clicking on the Print button in the main toolbar.

Closing images

You can close the current image by choosing the Close item in the File tab or pushing the Close button in the main toolbar. Take care to save any changes before closing an image as there won't be any prompts to save it prior to closing it.
